The blending of coffee is considered an art. Our goal is to create an exciting new taste by pairing unique Single Origin coffees and blending them together. The Early Bird is a medium roasted coffee which contains 100% Arabica coffee. It has a slight nutty aroma with dark chocolate undertones, medium body and medium acidity. Early Bird is an excellent start to your day.

Chocolate Pecan Pie is a beloved favorite of the South. It is often associated with Thanksgiving, Christmas and other special occasions. As you brew our Chocolate Pecan Pie coffee, the aroma is reminiscent of a piping hot pie being freshly pulled from the oven at your Grandmother's on Thanksgiving Day. This flavor is our most popular flavored coffee enjoyed all year round.

Towards the end of November, when the air brushes crisply across your cheeks, you gather with loved ones to give thanks through camaraderie and good food. The wondrous smells lie heavy on your nose: turkey, dressing, and of course, the heavenly aroma of pumpkin pie. Full of cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugary sweetness, it decadently caresses your taste buds as you savor every bite; and, it doesn’t end there. When you brew a cup of this Pumpkin Spice Coffee, your home whirls with the delectable scent of pumpkin pie, a reminder of the warm memories we graciously celebrate on Thanksgiving Day.
